Pavetally (pavetally.com) is owned and operated by Waqas Qureshi and Farah Jameel. There is no registered company at this time — this is an individually-run site.
1. Use of the site
Pavetally provides free calculators and written guides about asphalt quantities and costs. You may use them for personal or commercial estimating. You may not scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others, republish its content as your own, or present its calculators as your product.
2. Estimates are estimates
Every result this site produces is an estimate based on the dimensions you enter and the assumptions published on the methodology page. Real projects vary: ground is uneven, mixes differ, and depths are rarely uniform. Always confirm final quantities and pricing with your paving contractor or supplier before ordering material or signing a contract.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is engineering, construction, legal or financial advice. Pavement thickness requirements depend on soil conditions, drainage, frost depth and expected loads, and should be specified by a qualified professional for anything beyond a straightforward residential driveway.
4. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waqas Qureshi and Farah Jameel and Pavetally are not liable for any loss or damage — including over- or under-ordering material, project delays, or additional costs — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.
5. Third-party content and links
This site links to external sources including industry bodies, suppliers and cost-data publishers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or accuracy. A link is not an endorsement.
6. Advertising and affiliate disclosure
This site may display advertising and may earn commission on some outbound links. Advertising never determines what a calculator returns or what a guide recommends. Where a link is an affiliate link, it is disclosed on the page it appears on.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design and calculator code on this site belong to Waqas Qureshi and Farah Jameel unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Wholesale copying of pages or reproduction of the calculators is not permitted without permission.
